So all is not hunky dory when jokes are cracked on stage during awards night and someone nominated gets to be at the receiving end.
We had one such incident in the recent Emmy's.Jimmy Kemmel, while presenting the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, ate the envelope with the winner's name in it and then jokingly said, "I can give the Emmy to whoever I want. If the card says Louis C.K. and I say the Emmy goes to Matt LeBlanc, what are they going to do, stop the show? Are Ernst & Young going to hop on stage and wrestle the Emmy away from Joey Tribbiani? I don’t think so,”
Matt LeBlanc felt he had won the award and waited for the special moment but it passed so he went up to Jimmy and did this through the hole that the talk show host cut in the envelope.
Come on Joey!! Sweet Joey!! we never expected this from you. You were disappointed and Jimmy is a clown. You don't need to make your displeasure so apparent. You have fans all over the world. We never expected you to behave like this.
