Who will play Half - Girlfriend. Everyone's mighty curious. Alia Bhatt seems to be a front-runner but it will be just such a big mistake like 2 States. That movie never worked. The songs were nice and hype took it over the hill. The acting was just so stilted and predictable. Thankfully Ronit Roy and Amrita Singh saved the show.
Now tinsel town is rife with the buzz on which queen will get to be Half-girlfriend. Book release with Chetan Bhagat was definitely one key moment everyone was eyeing in tinsel town and Kriti was there.
Personally Kriti is perfect for the role. Alia doesn't even come close to the persona and personality of the character created by Chetan Bhagat in the book. Kriti will be a winner if head honchos concentrate on getting the casting right. Alia would be a very poor choice, but my words really don't matter in this whole equation. Lets see who wins the role of the Half Girlfriend eventually which will definitely go on to become one of the greatest Bollywood hits of all times.
You may hate Chetan Bhagat for all that he writes, but his words have given us Kai Po Che, 3 Idiots and 2 States, so you can't ignore for all that he is worth.
