This is one common issue everyone faces while sending sms on one plus one. The phone number and the name keeps on blinking. Thanks to some adaptive touch response issue. Therefore the name of the person can't be entered and the sms can't be sent until the screen becomes stable.

Easy - Just open to compose the sms and in the address bar wait for a second and then type a ,
Yes just a comma and then start typing the person's name. The screen stays stable and you can type the whole name, identify the name of the person from your address book, select it and then send the SMS.
